You are ready to build—but a polished idea can still miss the woman it was meant to help.

In The Day I Walked Anyway, I describe a shift from thinking, to choosing, to moving. I also write about watching women learn from one real email, video, or conversation after spending so much time in planning.
That lesson shapes how I guide the woman with an idea. We can honor what she wants to build while giving it contact with the person she hopes to help. A conversation is one practical way to do that.
You have done the rebuilding. Now you are ready to turn what you know into a coaching offer, book, or digital product.
So you start creating.
You name it. Outline it. Add pages. Rearrange the modules.
But there is one conversation you keep postponing: asking the woman you want to serve what she is actually trying to solve.
Building in private can feel productive because no one can misunderstand, question, or reject the idea. Yet the longer you create from assumptions, the easier it is to make something polished that never feels necessary to the woman it was meant to help.
You do not need a large audience or a formal survey to begin.
Choose one woman who resembles the person you want to serve. Ask:
Then listen without rushing to explain your offer.
Notice the words she repeats. Pay attention to the problem she wants solved now—not only the subject you feel prepared to teach.
One conversation does not define your entire business, and another woman does not get to decide what God has called you to build.
But wise input can expose what your planning alone cannot see.
If she cannot understand the outcome, your message may need clearer language. If the problem is not urgent for her, you may need to speak with someone else or adjust the offer. If her questions reveal a stronger need, let that information shape your next version.
You are not waiting for permission. You are gathering truth before investing more time.
You already have enough information to start the conversation. Now move.
Your move today
Invite one woman who fits your intended audience to a 15-minute conversation. Ask the three questions in this article, write down her exact words, and use one insight to clarify your message or offer before you build anything else.
