Write it all out:
The story that keeps replaying in your mind
The fear you’re still holding in your chest
The guilt that lingers in your decisions
The disappointment that still shapes your self-worth
Lay it all at His feet.

After you write, gently ask yourself:
“What would I feel like if I finally let this go?”“Who would I become if I stopped shrinking under this weight?”
We often underestimate the power of release.But clarity can’t flow when we’re full of yesterday’s noise.Confidence can’t bloom when our roots are tangled in old shame.Purpose can’t rise when we’re busy managing pain we were never meant to keep.
