Information and purposes
- Quiz, Niche Finder and guides: first name, email, answers, notes, result, request identifiers, times and delivery status, to supply what you request and maintain the associated private contact record. An optional personal-response request is not a general newsletter subscription.
- Subscriptions: name if supplied, email, source, consent wording, confirmation and unsubscribe records, to deliver the communications you choose. New blog subscriptions require email confirmation.
- Inquiries, customers and imported contacts: contact information, correspondence, appointment and service records, purchase/payment-status information made available by selling platforms, and exported subscription status. Imported “subscribed” status does not create new consent or expand original permission. Checkout and booking happen through separate providers; do not enter payment-card details in website forms.
- Optional analytics: browser/session identifiers, page paths, clicks, quiz progress, referring site and source labels. With analytics enabled, a submitted form may connect this activity to your contact record. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous. Activity is not proof of a sale.
- Community features: approved comments display your chosen first name and comment publicly. A device identifier supports a heart/like you choose to use. Commenting does not subscribe you. Testimonial or initials permission is separate; floating activity notices are currently disabled.
- Security and operation: providers process technical delivery, network and security information. Forms use request limits and hashed network identifiers to reduce abuse. Owner dashboards hold private business records.
Provide only information needed for your request. Do not include sensitive health, religious-belief, financial or third-party details in open-text answers or public comments. Tools provide general business direction, not medical, legal or psychological assessments. Quiz routing suggests a next step; it does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Legal grounds where GDPR applies
We distinguish each purpose: steps you request before a contract and agreed services where necessary; consent for optional marketing and analytics; legitimate interests in proportionate security, handling inquiries and business administration, subject to your rights; and legal obligations for required records. Marketing permission is not required to receive requested results. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing. Ordinary marketing consent does not substitute for any additional condition required for sensitive information.
Browser storage and tracking choices
Optional measurement is off until you allow it. Declining or leaving the privacy bar unanswered keeps it off. “Accept all” applies to optional site analytics, not marketing emails or external-platform tracking. Use to change your choice. It applies to this browser, not every device. Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off.
Your privacy preference lasts up to 180 days. Optional measurement uses lorelei_visitor_id, lorelei_session_id, lorelei_attribution and a source cookie li_entry lasting up to 30 minutes. Rejecting removes these from this browser, not information already submitted or previously collected. Storage supporting a feature you request, such as quiz state, a chosen heart/like or a guide-popup dismissal, is separate. Email delivery through Resend uses open pixels and tracked links to report which messages registered an open or link click. These reports may be associated with your email address. An open is not proof of reading; automated tools and privacy features affect these signals. Website analytics choices do not automatically control tracking embedded in an email. Contact us about email-tracking preferences; an unsubscribe link controls marketing, not tracking permission. External platforms and embedded services have their own privacy practices.
Email choices
Requested results, guide delivery, receipts and necessary service messages are separate from promotions. Optional marketing checkboxes are unchecked by default. Result emails may include offer invitations only with relevant permission and no withdrawal. New consent records store purpose, source, wording, notice version and time; they do not retroactively prove older contacts’ consent.
Customer-facing emails generated by this site include unsubscribe and reply options. All-marketing unsubscribe immediately suppresses website marketing and requests a matching Resend broadcast opt-out. Failed provider updates stay queued for retry. Already-sent messages cannot be recalled. This does not cancel purchases or block results and necessary service messages you request. Email “Unsubscribe from all marketing” for help or to withdraw personal follow-up permission. Separate platforms such as Stan also have their own controls; tell us if promotions continue so all relevant systems can be checked.
Providers and international processing
Providers include OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure; Cloudflare for hosting, database and files; Resend for email delivery and broadcast preferences; Stan and its payment/booking providers for transactions; and GoDaddy for domain services. Services you choose through external links, such as Etsy or a community platform, publish separate notices. We disclose information needed for requested services, operations or lawful requirements; this is not permission for providers to independently market to you.
We operate in the United States. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. EU/UK transfer requirements may require an applicable adequacy arrangement or contractual safeguards; a provider’s location or terms alone does not establish a valid transfer mechanism. Contact us for the provider arrangements, locations and safeguards applicable to your service. We may disclose information for legal requirements, protection of rights/security or a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.
Retention and security
Retention depends on purpose: resource records for delivery/support; customer records for service and required accounting/dispute periods; consent and minimal suppression records to document choices and prevent recontact; and technical information for measurement/security/troubleshooting. Records should be reviewed when no longer needed. Deletion requests are assessed across relevant systems; legally required records and minimal suppression evidence may need to remain. Historical records are not erased when a reporting week changes. Ask us about the criteria for a particular record.
Temporary quiz-presence records are cleared after 24 hours on later activity requests. Comment rate limits and security alerts use limited retention. Access restrictions and provider safeguards reduce risk, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your rights and requests
Email loreleiinspires@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request.” You can also write to our business address. Specify access/a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal, and the email used with us. Provide enough detail to locate the record, not identity documents unless proportionate verification is explained. Authorized agents may act where applicable.
Rights and exceptions depend on location and processing. Where GDPR applies, requests are generally answered within one month; any permitted extension will be explained within that period. You may complain to your local EU supervisory authority or the UK ICO. Applicable California rights include knowledge/access, correction, deletion and disclosure information, and applicable sale/sharing or sensitive-information choices, without unlawful discrimination. We assess statutory applicability; a visit is not a waiver of rights. Global Privacy Control keeps optional site analytics off.
To stop marketing, use unsubscribe or reply “unsubscribe”; deletion is not necessary. For comment/testimonial removal, identify the page and item. We verify requests proportionately and explain lawful exceptions.
Adults and notice changes
These business resources are intended for adults, not children under 18. Contact us if a child has supplied information. Material changes to purposes or consent choices require appropriate notice or a new choice; the effective date identifies this notice.
