Participate with honesty, kindness and respect. A profile photo is required to participate and is visible to verified community members. You can replace it from My dashboard; it is not automatically synced to Zoom. No harassment, discriminatory abuse, scams, unsolicited pitches, affiliate promotions, or external sales links without permission. Do not request passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information. Respect privacy: do not copy, record or share another member’s content outside the community without her permission. Report concerns privately. Moderators may remove content, restrict messages, suspend or ban accounts for safety.

Free community access requires a secure account, verified email and agreement to community policies. The optional paid membership starts with a five-day free trial for new signups through Stripe, then costs US $19 per month and automatically renews monthly until you cancel. Payment details are required at signup. Cancel through Manage / Cancel in Stripe before your trial ends to avoid the first charge. A billing reminder is sent before the trial ends. Existing Stripe and Stan subscriptions keep their current price and billing. Review any applicable taxes and the total at checkout. Completing the 21-day experience does not automatically cancel your subscription or end access. Repeat the experience or continue practicing your business action rhythm while your paid membership is current. Earlier completions and private reflections are retained. Ongoing access does not mean lifetime paid access after cancellation. Paid lessons, workbook, guided implementation channels and designated paid gatherings require a confirmed Stripe trial or payment and a verified community account. The purchase name and email must match your private account details. Order references and proof of purchase are optional. A receipt or checkout redirect alone does not grant paid access. New Stripe payments, renewals and cancellations update through the payment connection. Existing Stan subscriptions are checked manually. Cancel billing with the provider you used to subscribe (Stripe for new purchases, Stan for existing Stan subscriptions) using your purchase email or subscription account; contact the administrator if you need help finding it. A website request does not cancel subscription billing. Paid access continues until the verified paid-through date. After paid access expires, free community access remains unless the account is restricted for safety. Additional private channels do not create a charge. No specific transformation outcome is promised. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel future renewals anytime through your own payment-provider subscription management link in your purchase or renewal email, or My dashboard → Manage / Cancel in Stripe for a Stripe subscription. Existing Stan subscribers use their Stan management link. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains through the verified paid-through date. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel a membership. For access, cancellation assistance, complaints or a legally required refund, email loreleiinspires@gmail.com. UK/EU consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights, including a 14-day cancellation period where applicable. These rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed content are not excluded; joining or downloading alone does not waive them. To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, email your name, purchase email, order date and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw; no special form is required. A printable model notice is: "I give notice that I withdraw from my Her Morning Table membership purchased on [date]. Name: [name]. Purchase email: [email]. Date of notice: [date]." Lessons and supplements are in English and require internet access, a browser and a secure account. An annotation app and compatible device are needed to write in the PDF planner and are not included. No specific financial, confidence, habit or transformation result is guaranteed.

We use your sign-in identity, private full name, email, display name, policy agreements and payment verification records to manage access. Your required profile photo, display name and any optional bio/status are shared with verified community members; your full name is shown only if you choose. A diamond badge identifies members with a current paid membership. Order references, receipts, private reports and reflections are restricted. Direct messages are available to their participants; reports may reveal reported messages to the administrator. The owner reviews membership and moderation records. Assigned moderators may review member posts, comments and associated content reports only within their channel permissions; billing records and private-message reports remain owner-only. Member tags and announcements may create in-community notifications for eligible recipients. Email/push mention notifications are not configured. Content and private files are stored with the website’s hosting provider. Stripe manages new subscription billing and Stan continues to manage existing Stan subscriptions; we do not collect card details. Use the website contact form for privacy and account requests.
