A few questions before you join
How does the five-day free trial work?
New signups receive five days of guided membership access at no charge. Enter your payment details at signup. When the trial ends, Stripe charges US $19 for your first month and renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel through Manage / Cancel in Stripe before your trial ends to avoid the first charge. We send a billing reminder before the trial ends.
Does membership end after 21 days?
No. The 21 days are the program. Guided community support continues while your membership is active. You can repeat the program and keep your earlier progress and reflections.
What happens after I start my trial?
Stripe returns you to My membership. Create or sign into your community account using your purchase email. Add your required profile photo and verify your email. Your guided area unlocks once Stripe confirms your trial, your account email is verified and your required profile photo is saved. Use the same email for Stripe and your community account.
Where do I use the workbook and planner?
The daily workbook prompts and private responses are inside the online 21-day lessons. Download the separate PDF planner from the paid resource area and use it with a compatible annotation app. Planner entries and website checkmarks do not sync automatically.
Are live sessions included?
Paid members get the calendar and access to announced live group gatherings with Lorelei. Dates are posted inside. Group support is included; personalized 1:1 business mentorship, offer creation and launch guidance belong to the separately purchased Next Sale System.
How do I cancel?
Open My dashboard → Manage / Cancel in Stripe. Use your purchase email to sign into Stripe and stop future renewals. Trial access continues until your confirmed trial end unless Stripe ends the subscription earlier. After a paid month, access continues through your confirmed paid-through date. Your free community account remains, subject to community rules.

Is there a refund policy?
Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. UK/EU statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed content are preserved. See the membership terms. No specific confidence, habit, income or transformation result is guaranteed.
I already have a subscription. Should I start another trial?
No. Existing Stripe and Stan subscriptions keep their current price and billing. Manage your existing subscription with its original provider. This trial checkout creates a separate subscription; it does not move, cancel or change an existing subscription.
